You may see the errors as below while activating the software for the first time using the license key or in case your license key is invalid for some reason (due to expiry or refunded purchase etc)

1. Email Issue

Error :  The above error you will receive in case you have not added your email (and only added your correct license key) while activating the license.

Solution : Add your purchase email and try again

2. License Key Is Not Valid

Error :  The above error you will receive in case you have added a invalid license key

Solution : Recheck if you are entering the correct license key and in case you have made mistake in copying the full key properly

3. License Key Is Of A Different Product

Error :  The above error you will receive in case you have added the correct license key but of another product purchased.

Solution : Recheck if you are entering the correct license key for the product for which the license key is valid for and not some other product.

4. Activation Exceeded

Error :  The above error you will receive in case you have exceeded the number of activation's

Solution : Recheck your activation limit. If you have a single PC license you cannot activate in another machine. Either purchase extra license or manage your activations from the dashboard by deactivating the license in one PC ( if you are moving the software from one PC to another)

5. Expired License

Error :  The above error you will receive if your license was yearly license or monthly license (not renewed) and it has expired.

Solution : Renew the license key

6. License Disabled

Error :  The above error you will receive if license has been disabled on account of refund or any other issue.

Solution : Contact support in case it was wrongly disabled for some reason
